Very good to meet @tijanadraws yesterday at @watkinsbooks as we launched our Witch’s Shadow Oracle Deck into the world. Her beautiful illustrations take the deck to a whole other level. Also good to meet Christa, Alice, Rachel, Christina and all the others whose names I’ve forgotten who bought a deck and stopped to chat. An excellent way to spend the Solstice in the most brilliant shop.

One for locals (and anyone prepared to travel!) My garden is open as part of the village open garden weekend (ie not NGS) on 28-29 June. It’s one of 12 gardens so plenty to see here! Details of the event on last image. The others are how the garden looks today, carefully shot to avoid scruffy bits. There are also sheep and chickens to see and an orchard to wander around.

Very pleased to see The Witch’s Shadow Work Orac

Very pleased to see The Witch’s Shadow Work Oracle Deck released into the world this month. Each of the 40 cards has been illustrated by the massively talented @tijanadraws and the accompanying booklet has been written by me. These are a few of my favourites.

The deck draws on Jungian themes, folkloric figures, myths and legends to help you shine a light into the darker, shadowy parts of your psyche. Each card has a guidance, an affirmation and an exercise to guide you through the forest of your mind.

Tijana and I will be ‘in person’ at @watkinsbooks, Cecil Court, London WC2, on 21 June from 2-4pm so come and say hello if you are in town.

The effects of the all-night gong puja last weeken

The effects of the all-night gong puja last weekend are still resonating. A big thank you to @csoundspace @resonantbeing helped by Tess and Debbie who gonged all through the night at @hellensmanor. They created a lovely low undulating rumble that was in turns comforting and unsettling. It was lovely to be 'gonged' in the 16th-century barn at Hellens and wake up to birdsong and a healthy breakfast before re-entering the world full of Spring energy.
